Do not skip meals or overeat.
Drink plenty of water.
Eat slowly and chew the food well.
Include green leafy vegetables, sprouts and any other whole pulse (channa, rajmah etc) at least 3-4 times a week in your diet.
Fresh fruits are best eaten raw rather than their juices.
Wash peel and then cut the vegetables. Do not soak them in water or peel more than is necessary as this causes a loss of valuable nutrients in the vegetables.
Consume meals 45 minutes to 1 hour before bed time/ a nap. This is to ensure proper digestion and assimilation.
Include any exercise comfortable i.e Walking, jogging,Dancing....., etc in your daily routine.
